2.1 Buyer Eligibility

2.2 Seller / Factory Eligibility

To register or use the Services as a seller or factory, you confirm that:

• You are a legally registered entity in your jurisdiction;
• You hold a valid trade or commercial license;
• You are authorized to operate and sell the listed products;
• You provide valid identification and authorization for the individual managing the account;
• Certain product categories may require additional approvals or documentation.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any registration without obligation to provide a reason.
3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
Failure to provide required information may result in rejection of your registration.

6. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMER

• Continuous or error-free operation.

Buyers acknowledge that Brokar is not responsible for verifying listings beyond reasonable checks.
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings.
7. LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brokar shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, data, or business;
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
• Delays, service interruptions, or system failures;
• Third-party actions or content.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brokar, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Services;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your breach of applicable laws;
• Your infringement of third-party rights.

8. SUSPENSION, TERMINATION & CANCELLATION

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

• You misuse orders, vouchers, or payment methods;
• You abuse the platform or other users.

We reserve the right to cancel orders, remove content, and restrict access as necessary.

10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

Any dispute shall be resolved through arbitration under the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Rules, with:

• One arbitrator;
• Seat of arbitration: DIFC, Dubai;
• Language: Arabic.

11. GENERAL PROVISIONS

• No partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship is created;
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement;
• We may amend these Terms at any time;
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes;
• If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable.
